Welcome To Dural Sport & Leisure Centre

A community outreach in Sydney's Hills District, Dural Baptist Church owns and operates one of the country's leading indoor sports centres in Dural Sport & Leisure Centre. The Centre provides a wide range of sporting, business and leisure activities, in one of the most prestigious venues in the northwest.

The Centre operates seven days a week with a variety of indoor sports, parties, seminars and business functions, school events and youth concerts.

Thousands of people come through the centre on a weekly basis.

The Centre offers two international sized sports courts (which have already staged international futsal matches which have been televised on SBS and Foxtel)  they can also be sub divided into five indoor futsal (indoor football) or netball courts while also catering for indoor cricket, handball and other sports, depending on demand. The Centre also offers Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms, Stadium Seating, Sideline Café, a playground and onsite parking. On Sundays the main hall is used for church services,

In sport, Dural Sport and Leisure Centre runs one of Australia's largest single site futsal competitions, with over 200 teams based and playing at the Centre - with the bulk of competitions running during the summer months.

Futsal also plays an important role in the Church's outreach work with communities further afield, being a key part of programs in the Solomon Islands and the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

This involvement has seen futsal develop as a major sport in the Solomons where it has led them to qualify for the 2008 World Cup, with Dural Sport and Leisure Centre providing a pathway for young Solomon Island futsal players going to Europe with the potential to play in professional leagues.

Other sporting activity on offer in the centre include handball, floorball and areas where we have partnered with the YMCA offering gymnastics, and the Kickstart Association offering kickstart to youngsters.

We have some great activities "Beyond the Centre" with our Step Beyond Adventure Activities. Away weekends or day trips, exploring this wonderful country, having fun, meeting new friends and 4WD driving - learning how to drive safely, often over much more difficult terrain than you would ever attempt. Our aim is to make all our visitors feel welcome and offer a variety of services and support to our surrounding community..
