Futsal - Summer 2010
Summer Registrations open 9th August till 27th August either at the Centre or on-line as described later on this page.
Extra staff are available on 11th & 12th August 4-6pm else just call into the Centre anytime during this period. Team registrations will only be accepted with payment of player's registration fee.

Futsal Winter 2010 Rego (131 KB)
Drop the completed form, together with each player's registration fee, into the Centre for processing. Proof of date of birth is also required for players under 18yrs.
Player ID photos will be taken electronically commencing Wk 3 of the competition (so no need for passport-size photos as in previous years).

Online Registration
Opens 9th August
To pay registration/insurance fees online your team manager/captain must first register your team. They will receive a team code (via return email) which players will need to use to register their details and pay.

DSLC will confirm your registration with a phone call.
Player Registration
Players, click HERE (and follow the prompts) to register yourself in your (previously registered) team and pay your registration/insurance fees online. You will need your team code & credit card. Your registration will not be accepted unless you complete the payment process with a valid credit card.
First Game Time
Once teams and players are registered, draws/schedules will be created and uploaded to our website. This will be completed by the Friday prior to the competition starting.
Visit our website www.dslc.com.au to get your game time. Simply click on Draws/Fixtures and follow the prompts. Alternatively call the Centre on 9651-2777 after this time.
All players will need uniforms with numbered shirts and shin pads else they will be unable to play.
Game Fees
Game fees are due prior to play in Wk 2. Online payment of game fees is not currently available so they will need to be paid at the Centre prior to play.
